The Barstool Sports store sells merchandise for the Barstool brand and its shows and personalities. Think T-shirts, hoodies, hats, flags and accessories, plus collaborations like the Shady Rays sunglasses range.
A Barstool Sports order goes well when you catch a drop before it sells out, pick the right size for the blank used, and understand what a code does and does not cover.
How Barstool merch drops work
Much of the Barstool Sports store is built around drops. A new design appears, often tied to a podcast moment, a sporting event or an inside joke, and sells for a limited time or until stock runs out.
Popular Barstool items can go fast. If you want a specific design, buy it when it drops rather than waiting for a sale.
Some designs come back as restocks, but not all. Follow the Barstool Sports store's own channels for news of a return.
Evergreen items, such as core brand logo tees and hats, are always available and are the ones most likely to be discounted.
Sizing tees and hoodies
Barstool Sports merch is printed on a range of blank garments. Different blanks fit differently, so a Barstool large in one style may not match a large in another.
Open the size chart on each Barstool listing. Measure a T-shirt you like, flat, across the chest and from shoulder to hem, and compare.
Check the fabric. Cotton tees can shrink a little in a hot wash or dryer. Blended fabrics shrink less.
If a Barstool item lists a unisex fit, it usually follows men's sizing. Women who prefer a closer fit may want to size down.
Shows and personalities
A lot of the Barstool Sports store is organised by show, such as Pardon My Take and Spittin' Chiclets, or by slogans like Saturdays Are For The Boys.
If you are buying a gift, find out which show the person follows. A generic Barstool logo tee is the safe default.
Some Barstool designs are tied to one season or event. They age quickly, so they suit a fan who wants the moment rather than a wardrobe staple.
The Shady Rays collaboration
Barstool Sports sells sunglasses with Shady Rays, a brand known for affordable polarised sunglasses.
Check the lens details on each Barstool x Shady Rays listing: polarised or not, lens colour, and frame size. Frame width matters as much as with any pair of sunglasses.
Shady Rays is known for a generous replacement policy on lost or broken glasses. Check how that works for collab pairs bought through the Barstool Sports store, and who you contact.
Shipping and returns
Barstool Sports merch may ship from different warehouses, and collaboration items may ship separately. Check the delivery estimate before ordering for a specific date.
Check the Barstool Sports store's current return policy. Limited drops and personalised items often have stricter terms.
Barstool hats and headwear
Hats are one of the steadiest sellers in the Barstool Sports store, and the style decides the fit.
Snapbacks and trucker hats adjust at the back and suit most heads. Dad hats have a soft, unstructured crown and a strap. Fitted Barstool hats, where offered, come in set sizes, so measure your head before ordering.
Check the crown height in the Barstool listing photos. A high structured crown looks very different from a low-profile cap on the same head.
Embroidered logos wear better than printed ones. Hand-wash hats rather than putting them through a machine, which can bend the brim.
Timing a Barstool Sports order
Barstool Sports merch tracks the sports calendar. Football, hockey and golf designs tend to appear around their seasons and big events, and last season's Barstool stock is the likeliest to be marked down.
If an item is for a specific game, trip or party, order well ahead. Popular drops can take longer to ship, and a limited print may not come back.
If you follow one show closely, sign up to the Barstool Sports store emails. New drops and sales are often announced there first.
Where the Barstool Sports savings are
The 15% storewide code is the best general Barstool Sports code. It suits a mixed basket of tees and hats.
The $25 code is for Shady Rays x Barstool sunglasses only. On a single pair, that is a strong saving, well beyond a 15% code.
The 10% storewide code is the fallback if the 15% code has expired. Barstool Sports codes generally do not stack, so use the best one per order.
New Barstool drops are the least likely to be discounted. Codes work best on evergreen items and around big sales like Black Friday.
Common questions
Does Barstool Sports restock sold-out merch?
Sometimes. Popular designs can return, but many drops are one-off. Buy at the drop if you want it.
Do Barstool Sports tees run small?
It depends on the blank. Check the size chart on each Barstool listing.
Can I use a code on the Shady Rays collab?
Yes, the $25 code above is for Barstool x Shady Rays sunglasses.
Are Barstool hats adjustable?
Most Barstool hats are snapbacks, truckers or strapback dad hats. Fitted styles come in set sizes; check the listing.
